The September 22 official notice starts mobile predownload at 00:00 UTC+8. Opening is scheduled for September 23 at 10:00 UTC+8, equivalent to 02:00 UTC or September 22 at 22:00 UTC−4. This records the announced schedule, not a live uptime check.

Before downloading, read the mobile checklist for space, device and login preparation. Use the same account and server when continuing an existing character.
