THE SHORT ANSWER

Link your existing Aniimo Pass in the first console login popup. The official FAQ says that skipping creates a new Pass and removes the opportunity to link that console identity to an existing Pass.

FIELD NOTE 01

Before opening Aniimo on your console

Identify the PSN or Microsoft account that will launch the game, the Aniimo Pass email you already use, and the server containing your character. Write those three details down together. This checklist is Atlas preparation advice: it helps prevent selecting the right email but looking for the character on the wrong server.

The official procedure applies to a PSN or Microsoft account that has never logged into Aniimo. If you already dismissed its first-login popup, do not follow a fresh-account walkthrough as though that choice were still available. Use the failure branch below.

FIELD NOTE 02

Choose the correct first-login branch

If you have existing progress, follow the popup to link the registered Pass email before continuing. If you intend to start separately, understand that skipping registers a new Pass; it does not leave the old-account decision open for later.

FIELD NOTE 03

Check the PS5 server before linking

PS5 server assignment follows the PSN account’s registered region. Aniimo progress is shared across platforms only within one server; different servers retain independent data. A successful identity link therefore does not combine a character on one server with a character on another.

For an existing PC character, compare its actual server with the assignment table in the official FAQ, or ask PlayStation Support to clarify the PSN account’s server mapping. Do this before linking. Atlas does not substitute a guessed country-to-server table for the official mapping.

Common questions

Can I link later, like on Steam?

The documented later Email Link option is for Steam. The console FAQ explicitly makes the first-login popup the only opportunity to link an existing Pass.

Will linking move my character to another server?

No cross-server progress sharing is documented. The official FAQ says data on different servers is independent.
