THE SHORT ANSWER

Claim the pack on the console platform that purchased it, then activate items from inventory. Only one paid Companion Handbook tier can be activated per version; unused redemption items can carry forward without expiration.

FIELD NOTE 01

Identify what was purchased

The console FAQ describes Advanced and Collector’s packs. PlayStation’s accessory is Fluffy Friend; Xbox’s is Doggo Dude. The reviewed US storefronts show $9.99 and $19.99 edition prices, while the FAQ warns that regional prices differ. The base game is free to play; a pack is a separate optional purchase.

Check the actual edition and purchasing platform on the receipt before diagnosing a missing item. A wishlist, a website event reward and a paid console pack are different entitlements. This page concerns the console packs only.

FIELD NOTE 02

Follow the claim sequence on the purchasing console

After servers open, the official FAQ says pack contents go to the in-game mailbox of the first character created on the purchasing console account. Log in on that console platform, collect the mail and open inventory to use the items. Claiming mail and activating a Handbook are different steps.

Other devicesAfter linking, claimed items can be used across platforms within the same server.

FIELD NOTE 03

Handle multiple packs before redeeming a Handbook

If you bought packs on both consoles, the FAQ permits claiming both by linking their purchasing identities to the same Pass. It also states that multiple purchases provide corresponding accessories and redemption cards. This does not allow two paid Handbook tiers to run simultaneously in one version.

Only one card can be redeemed per period. If a paid tier is already active, remaining cards wait for a future version and do not expire. Activating Advanced and then wanting Collector’s during that same period requires a paid upgrade; a separate Collector’s card cannot simply stack over the active Advanced tier. Check your existing tier before using a card or purchasing again.

FIELD NOTE 04

Separate a delivery failure from an activation restriction

For the specific Xbox case where both editions were purchased but only one arrived, the FAQ says to restart the game and log back in. If mail exists but a second Handbook cannot activate, compare the current paid-tier state with the one-per-version rule instead.

The FAQ says the Handbook’s featured Prismana egg changes by version, and activation lasts until that current version ends. Do not assume an unredeemed item guarantees the egg from the purchase date. For unresolved payment issues, use the platform’s support guidance; for missing in-game delivery, provide the edition, platform and claim state to official Aniimo support.

The official FAQ says remaining redemption items have no expiration and can be used in future versions.

Can I use both paid tiers at once?

No. Only one paid tier can be activated per period; upgrading an active Advanced tier requires the stated paid upgrade.
