THE SHORT ANSWER

Chirpi is listed as support, not a dedicated healer. March supplies a timed recovery buff, while Band Member restores EP only to the next switched-in Chirpi family member under its cooldown condition.

FIELD NOTE 01

Read recovery as a timed effect

March grants a Movement-series buff restoring 0.8% maximum HP each second for 20 seconds. Its description also states that having three Movement-series buffs increases the effects from those buffs by 30%. That threshold is a condition to establish, not a bonus to include automatically when only March is present.

For a recovery exercise, record the start and end of the buff and whether incoming damage or already-full HP obscures the result. Do not use the printed power of zero to dismiss the skill: the recovery behavior is described separately. This is a support reading guide rather than a measured healing comparison with every Heal-role creature.

FIELD NOTE 02

Band Member is a family interaction

Band Member restores 12.5 EP to the next Chirpi family member switched in when switching during battle, and can trigger at most once every 20 seconds. Both the family wording and the cooldown limit the conclusion you can draw. It is not described as a permanent EP bonus for every teammate.

A practice sequence should therefore identify the recipient first, note the time of the switch, and record EP before and after. If the recipient is not a family member or the interval is too short, a missing restoration does not by itself show that the record is wrong. The test has to satisfy the written conditions.

FIELD NOTE 03

Support also includes positioning

Leaf Tornado, Water Tornado and Tornado describe vortices that pull enemies toward a center. Tornado Wind Orb instead creates a forward-moving tornado after impact. Those distinctions offer different positioning questions: do you need targets gathered at one location, or are you trying to affect a path ahead?

FIELD NOTE 04

Pick the correct collection reference

Basic Chirpi is wind; Beach Form adds water and Highland Form adds grass. The checked skill descriptions remain the same across these forms. Their habitats differ: Beach Form lists Echoback Landing and Forest of Falling Stars, while Highland Form lists Zephyrus Landbridge and Russet Highlands.

Use the Chirpi record to separate that collection decision from your support experiment. A second element is a documented difference, but it is not proof of a stronger March effect or a shorter Band Member cooldown. Those changes would need explicit evidence.

Common questions

Does March alone activate the three-buff bonus?

Its description requires three Movement-series buffs. This reference does not assume that using March alone satisfies that condition.
